Quarter 3 Wage Detail Reports Dues October 31, 2024

The Q3 2024 filing deadline is Thursday, October 31. It is imperative employers submit accurate and timely wage detail information. Employer-reported information is a crucial part of maintaining the integrity of UI benefit payments and labor statistics, as well as the accurate calculation of employer premium rates.

Please address all errors in your report and ensure the accuracy of all information prior to submitting to the Division. Employers submitting reports or fact-finding documents with errors, inaccuracies, or missing information may be subject to penalties and interest charges.

Responding to Benefits Correspondences Electronically

The Division recommends all CO employers and TPAs send and receive UI benefits correspondence electronically to ensure timely processing, avoid loss of protest determinations, and other penalties. Paper correspondence often take longer to process when sent in the mail.

Employers and TPAs can send and receive all UI correspondences, including wage detail requests, fact-finding requests, and other correspondence electronically in MyUI Employer+.

To add a valid email address to your MyUI Employer+ account and update your correspondence preferences to electronic:

  1. Login to MyUI Employer+
  2. Click "Account Maintenance" in the left menu.
  3. Click "Address Information"
  4. Click "Correspondence Preferences"
  5. Enter/update your email address
  6. Click "Save"
